ABANDONED FIREARMS

Any firearm that has been Received, paid for in full, or partially paid for will be considered Abandoned after sitting on the premises of HollowPoint Tactical, LLC. after 120 days with no contact or prior arrangement from the manager or transferee.  After 120 days HollowPoint Tactical, LLC. will take ownership of the firearm and sell it to recover the storage costs.  No money will be returned to the owner.
